Everybody sometime or another in there life someone will have issues & suffer with there body today I’m going to share the issues I have or rather had with my body and why I decided I’m going to become confident over what I have and not get worried about what I haven’t got.
I suppose I’ve been fortunate enough some may say unfortunate enough for being quite slim always have been must be genetic now my body i know isn’t the best in the world but I’m happy with and i personally feel thats best as you’ve gotta be happy with yourself in life as you only get one chance at it.
Now I don’t workout particular often i do the odd ab crunches now and then and it seems to work with me i do eat whatever i like so i haveno issue in that regard i love my food I’m quite a foodie and i always seemed to wonder why i couldn’t put weight on and i still seem to wonder why.
One day i just kinda decided one day that enough of feeling that I’m tall slim and unattractive i would try thinking positively and feel better about myself as i am me i am how i am and why should that be changed i always say you should never think what can i change about myself you should only think what can i improve as improving isn’t changing as by improving you are doing it for you and changing would be you are doing it for someone else
